Buyer originally to pick up - now changed to having it shipped
The buyer from another state wanted her brother to pick up the heavy item. When pointed out that he was 5 hours away, she changed to wanting it shipped. My question: how do I now charge her for shipping, since she already paid for the auction with no shipping? Shipping will be $125.
Can I just send a PayPal invoice but record what will happen through eBay messaging to protect myself? What happens with the QR code not being utilized?
Or do I need to cancel the auction, wait for funds to be returned and then do a new auction with a Buy Now at the amount she bid?

·3 years agoYou could cancel the sale as 'Problem with buyer's address', but I'd not relist as an Auction, unless you add $905 as a BIN price. Your seller might not wait for/win an Auction, but with the BIN could purchase. Or... you could cancel and then relist (as a BIN) for your buyer at the $1,030 price.
I don't sell using Local Pickup, but other sellers who do might have a better solution. Sit tight and good luck.
