Buyer moved to another state and needs items redirected to new address
After shipping an item to a buyer, I was contacted by the buyer who says they have moved to another state. Can I have the item rerouted and still have ebay seller protection?

·1 week agoNope, you would lose seller protection if it goes anywhere other than the address on their payment.
I agree if it comes back then refund them minus shipping.

·1 week agoYou would lose all seller protection if you send it any other than what eBay had on file as the address at the time of printing the label. Are you even 100% sure it was the original buyer who asked you to forward to the new address anyway?
When the package is returned to you, do what @fm2000 says, refund less shipping and relist

·1 week agoDid they just move? Possible their mail is still being forwarded, you can ask them. Except for media mail, it is forwarded free.
You can do a package intercept, but it will cost you (not the buyer) almost $20 so I don't recommend it. If the package comes back, refund less postage and they can buy it again if they want.
