buyer is reporting issue with GSP to Canada from Uk
i am selling an item which has global shipping gsp active, however when they try and purchase it gives a message at checkout saying "seller does not ship to this country"
i have not excluded canada from buyer list , and its not a restricted item.

does anybody have any thoughts on why they cant proceed

·1 year agoWhen I check that listing I can see GSP offered to Canada with no exclusions.
I suggest moving this discussion from the US forum to the UK forum since we don't have GSP here and this issue may be region-specific.
