Buyer in the UK
I have a buyer in the UK but he says that he can't purchase the item and have it shipped there. I have international shipping so I don't know what to do.

·1 month agoChances are the item the UK buyer is attempting to purchase has been blocked and prohibited to sell to them. What you do is tell the UK buyer "Sorry nothing you can do" and then you find another buyer.

·1 month agoThe UK has new safety requirements for toys. Customs will seize toys which have not been certified to meet their standards.
EIS will not accept orders shipping to the UK for toys which have not met their standard.
Everything is working as it should, Were you to try to ship directly, there is a good chance you would lose your toys or dolls and have to refund, when UK customs seized and destroyed them.

·1 month ago@dbrooksdc you ship using EIS; EIS doesn't ship to the UK (too many issues, licenses etc.). So, tell the buyer just that..and be done. Someone else will buy.
