Buyer hasn't received the item, tracking number unavailable

Question

I shipped the item and provided the tracking number, which showed my package reached the eBay hub and was on its way to the buyer abroad. Now the tracking on eBay is not working: Something went wrong while loading this page. Please try again. If I use USPS's site, I can still see it reached the hub, but cannot track it beyond that. What are we supposed to do here?

If you shipped to the eBay International Shipping (EIS) hub, and the shipment was confirmed delivered, then it is no longer your responsibility -- EIS assumes all shipping responsibility after that point.

Nothing to be concerned about.
