Buyer had wrong address in ebay, Item was returned to me the seller. Buyer is willing to pay for shipping to ship item back to correct address. How do they pay me the $9 so I can pay for shipping again.

I can not find any way in Ebay for this situation.

You can't do it through Ebay, unless you set up a listing for the shipping charge.

They can pay you through Pay Pal or a service like that.

See if they can PayPal the $9. Or snail mail a check. Or use one of the many other online payment sources.
