Buyer got wrong address
I dropped a package included tracking at usps yesterday, buyer contacted to me and said wrong address so they want to cancel all order and want to change address but already out of shipped. It was shipped priority flat rate.
Can return mail back to me or not, what to do now?

·3 years agoNothing, this is not your problem, per eBay, you are supposed to ship to the address that prints out. Buyer had a minimum of 2 instances where they had to verify and confirm the ship to address. Not your problem they didn't correct it, not much you can do. Just let the parcel continue its process. If it gets returned to you by the post office, you can refund everything minus the shipping, eBay fees and any packaging cost.
If buyer files INR, just upload the tracking #.
Sometimes buyers try to do this in order to scam you, once you manually change the address, you loose the little eBay buyer's protection. Other times, another buyer with a similar may try to intercept the package. Bottom line don't pay attention to these requests.
