I'm enroll on Ebay international shipping program and a buyer from the U.K. wants to bid on my items. I verify that I ship to the UK and is not on the excluded countries I chose. I also check the listing.These are the screen shots the buyer sent me.On the second photo it shows that I don't offer international postage.I have checked everything on my shipping preferences and everything looks fine.Anybody have an idea?

I have the UK as a country I ship to with few others. That's why the buyer is able to see my listing. The reason I'm selling international is because of Ebay international shipping program. I don't get why I shouldn't useEbay internatiinal shipping program. When they approved you for the program you have to only exclude countries you don't ship to, which I did.
