Buyer opened an "Item not received case" and said fedex is returning the package to me. This is seemingly a buyer mistake for not putting their apartment number on the address. Not sure how to proceed though? I presume there is no way to have the item re-shipped with the same label? How do I ask the buyer for $$ for a new label?

Hi @thisisall1word . In a few days you'll see an option to ask eBay to step in. Select that, choose the reason shipped with tracking, and in the comments say the buyer provided an invalid address at checkout. eBay will find the case in your favor. After the case is closed you can use "send refund" from the transaction and refund the buyer item cost less shipping and less prorated fees. You are not required to, but I think it's the 'right' thing to do if you get the item back. Don'...
