buyer claims product not received
Buyer claimed merchandise never received however we see confirmation on our end that it was delivered on 12-6-25
To add to this, this buyer contacted me saying that an item had not been received and it was not even my product as it was from a seller called [Removed by mod]
Then when I told the buyer that this was not my product then they came back with that my item they had also purchased had not arrived
I advised them to check with their postal carrier as to what happened with shipment as again it states on my end that yes the item was delivered
I do not understand what they want me to do when item was delivered.

Did the buyer open an "Item not received" claim with ebay?
If they did, Enter the tracking info into the claim as requested by
ebay and sit back and relax.
You paid for tracking to avoid this problem.
Stop going back and forth with the buyer.
