Buyer claims envelope was damage and items missing
Buyer claims envelope was damage and items missing. Buyer purchased 10 pieces of tightly bearings, and I use a small zip lock bag to hold all bearings and ship with a envelope. Buyer claims it is missing item inside the package, he only received 2 bearings. I am wondering if the envelope is damaged and it should be left either 0 or 10 pieces in there because I use a zip lock bag to hold all bearing. Now only 2 piece inside? Interesting..... What should I do. This is only $10 order. Thanks

·3 years agoWHY in the world did you use an envelope. 10 bearings even of that small size should have gone in a box. Refund the buyer without argument, accept this as a lesson to make your packaging suitable for the product.
Something about penny wise and pound foolish comes to mind.

·3 years agoGo to your local post office. They will have Picture scans for the package with weight for each processing. So if there is a weight difference the package was damaged. I had this happen, and found in the last processing center the package weight was 3oz. Also ask you coustomer if the package was ripped or damaged.

·3 years agoEnvelope probably couldn't go through a mail sorting machine..Might be too thick or too heavy or something.
Refund the buyer.

·3 years agoWhat are tightly bearings? Sounds like your packaging was weak (shipped in envelope). Bubble mailer mailers are usually way to go. Refund the buyer, the strenghten the shipping
