Buyer bought two box lots, both USPS Priority Large Flat Rate. eBay is combining into one label.

Hi!

A buyer just purchased two USPS Priority Large Flat Rate Box lots from me, these are full boxes and cannot be combined. They were charged shipping for both, as expected, but eBay is only giving me the option of purchasing one label. Is there a way to purchase 2 labels here or do I need to purchase through an outside source and upload tracking numbers manually?

You can purchase up to 5 labels per transaction. eBay put them into the same transaction because the buyer submitted a single payment.

Click the 'purchase shipping label' link. Once you generate the first label, go back to the actions column and select 'purchase another label'.
