Buy from ebay Canada and Ship Internationally
Hi everyone. I would like to buy item on ebay Canada. But the seller doesn't offer International shipping. I browse on internet and I found that Canada Post is able to ship to my country. But I don't know how it works. I tried to find email address of Canada Post to ask how it works but they do not provide email address. I also use their "chat" feature but they are using bot chat, all of my questions asked regarding this problem are not solved and can't be answered properly. Coincidentally, the seller is using Canada Post too to ship his/her item within Canada. So, can anyone solve this problem for me? How do I buy item from ebay Canada where the seller doesn't ship internationally and ship it internationally?

·2 years agoYou could always shoot the seller an email and ask if they would reconsider - I'm guessing they won't or they would have offered that in the first place.

·2 years agoIf the seller does not offer shipping to your country, then your options @qr_7083 are:
- Find a seller that does ship to your country.
- Use a Canada-based or US-based freight forwarder
If you use a freight forwarder, be aware that you void all eBay money back guarantee protections by having the item reshipped, which means you don't have any eBay coverage for damage, not as described, or loss claims once the item is successfully delivered to the forwarder in the US then reshipped to you overseas. You'll have to pick a freight forwarder that has some kind of coverage for loss/damage.

OP2 years agoCan anyone tell me please the list of online Canada-based freight forwarder company that can be asked to buy item from eBay Canada and ship internationally?

·2 years agoCanada Post might ship to your country, but the seller doesn't.
You need to find a seller that will ship to your country, not all will.

·2 years agoFrankly you are wasting your time talking to Canada Post. The fact that THEY will ship to the U S has no relevance. The BUYER will not ship to the US and there is no way for Canada Post, or you, to force them to do it. Some people simply do not want to ship internationally.
If the seller doesn't offer international shipping, find one that does.
Because you are not going to be able to buy from that particular seller.
