Bug report: Can't deselect Simple Delivery for bladed items

I have a listing for some table knives: not sharp but eBay insists on using age-verified delivery. If I try to update the listing (e.g. reduce the price), it insists I use an age-verified delivery service. However, when I try to do this, it is impossible to deselect Simple Delivery, and impossible to use an age-verified Simple Delivery service.

While many of us here in the US welcome our international community, we don't always know all the nuanced site-specific issues and we don't have Simple Delivery.
