Bought 2 pairs of eyeglasses frame last Sep, just recently found they're not received
I purchased two pairs of eyeglass frames in September, but I recently discovered they haven't arrived. Upon checking with USPS, I found that the packages haven't been shipped. However, the eBay order status indicates they've been delivered.
Given that I was occupied with work and only just realized the non-delivery, I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with a refund. Thank you!

·1 year agoYou waited way to long so nothing can be done now.

·1 year agoAt 7+ months after making your purchase, you don't have any options for a refund.
You had 30 days from the estimated date of delivery as shown on your order. If it hadn't arrived by that date, you could have opened a claim for non-receipt, but you're way too late for that.
Sorry but you're out of luck at this late date.

OP1 year agoUSPS shows the ship has not even happened. Still no way of getting any refund?
I contact the seller, but there's not any response from him/her.

·1 year agoUSPS tracking expires after 4 months and USPS recycles tracking numbers, so that manifest info you're seeing does not mean your item wasn't shipped; it's proof of nothing.
If there is a "delivered" status on eBay that means 7 months ago there was tracking info that confirmed a delivery scan.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee window is 30 days and I don't think you'll hear from the seller.

·1 year agoMy guess is that you did receive the item - it was delivered. Maybe you weee preoccupied about that you missed it.

OP1 year agoActually, I ordered them to deliver to a transshipment terminal, but due to my business, I forgot to check them in time. And the transshipment terminal didn't send my any notification, so the process was so delayed.

·1 year agoYou need to contact your freight forwarder and find out what happened to them.

·1 year agoThat's a second reason why you're out of luck. Buyers who use freight forwarders lose their MBG (money back guarantee) once tracking shows delivery to the address on the order.
Take this lesson and learn from it; no matter how busy you are, you need to verify that you receive purchases you've ordered at the time and you can't wait until months later and expect to get a refund.
