Bluecare Express Ltd. Scam
On December 2 I ordered an extremely large item on eBay that cost $310. I received notification that it had been delivered at noon on December 5 by Bluecare Express, Ltd (when both my husband and I were home) . My Ring video doorbell recorded an Amazon driver delivering a small envelope at exactly noon on December 5. In it were cricket and hermit crab pillows--something I didn't even know existed, never mind have never needed. I don't think it was a coincidence at ALL. The fraudulent seller obviously sent this $.55 item to get a tracking number so he could show delivery confirmation on the item I actually ordered--a Craftsman 2 Bag bagger for my husband's lawn tractor. It took us THREE weeks to get a refund from PayPal because while eBay eventually denied then approved my appeal for a refund, the SELLER opened a PayPal dispute, so eBay said it was out of their hands. The worst part is that the seller found a way to remove my negative feedback so he still had a 100% satisfaction rating on eBay (right up until his entire webstore disappeared a few days later), which is why I bought from him in the first place--that and the fact that his webstore said the item would be shipped via USPS. Actually, I take that back; that's not the worst part at all. The worst part is that eBay denied my claim, basically implying that I'm a thief, and I got to experience that all over again with PayPal. I no longer feel I can shop on eBay, and that's a shame because I really loved it right up until now.

OP5 years agoThank you--but I didn't GET an item from eBay. I got an item from Amazon. I didn't get ANYTHING from the eBay vendor.

·5 years agoSo the seller was drop shipping from Amazon? If so, the seller is responsible for the items you received, not Amazon, and they could have been returned to him with an item not as described case.He had the feedback removed because you lost the case. You can still file a chargeback with your cc, if thats what you used..not against Amazon, but the seller.

OP5 years agoJust to be clear: I won my appeals with both eBay and PayPal. I have already received my refund--from PayPaI because the vendor opened a case with them in an attempt to keep my money. I also should have added that I spoke with eBay representatives about my feedback having been removed, and they told me THEY did NOT remove it. They still had it recorded in the case history, but the vendor had somehow managed to remove it from his site so customers couldn't see it. Again, the vendor has since disappeared from eBay, but he'll probably pop up again under another name--probably already has.
I just wanted to warn other consumers about the link between unscrupulous vendors and Blue Care Express, Ltd. There are hundreds, maybe thousands of complaints online exactly like mine. I believe they ARE involving Amazon, but Amazon is not at fault except to the extent that they have no safeguards in place to keep this from happening. This is an issue eBay needs to address; it seriously impacts public relations and consumer confidence in their organization.

·3 years agoYou are correct, Delliverer Blue express is a SCAM. The seller sent me a photo of a pkg, on my side porch. I looked all over the place and it was nowhere to be found. I checked Blue express to check for reliability. IT IS NOT!! They Have more dissatisfied customers. I am a disappointed customer, because I needed the tool someone was selling and they knowingly OR unknowingly used this crap delivery company. I want a full refund.
