Being charged more shipping
I was charged more than what was already charged on my high shipping cost oversized item. How do i handle this with my buyer? I'm already making less than half of my selling cost. Help! How is this handled?

·1 year agoThis is your problem, not your buyer's problem. You can't charge the buyer more than advertised.
If you provide more details we can help you figure out why this happened to avoid repeat occurrences in the future. Please provide:
- Carrier
- Service
- Package weight/dimensions
- Did the package actual weight/dimensions differ from the weight/dimensions you had on the listing?
- Was this an after the fact cost adjustment by the carrier or was the difference shown when you purchased the label?
- Did you purchase the label on eBay or elsewhere (and where)?
