Being charged for shipping but not getting labels.
Trying to generate a postage label through the app, ebay keeps taking my money but then generating an error and not giving me a label.
Taken nearly £20 and still havent got a label, and theres no way to raise the issue with ebay.

·2 years agoOn the UK site (this is ebay.com) click on help and contact at the top of most pages then scroll down to the bottom to contact customer service. Or ask your question on the UK forums to see if others have had that problem and have any suggestions.
