Ban UniUni and GoFo Express as a Shipper
I purchase computer parts for multiple repair shops across the country, and I have to say UniUni and GoFo are the absolute WORST delivery company that i have ever dealt with. They always try to deliver outside of normal business hours and never try to re-deliver. Their customer service is a useless AI bot that makes promises but never fixes the issue.
The sellers that use them seem to be just fine with refunding my orders, but it doesn't solve the bigger issues of products not being delivered, and the you can't leave negative feedback to warn others about your experience.
Sellers need to be banned from using them.

·3 months agoI've received shipments from Gofo and Uniuni. No problems here. Best thing you can do is check your seller's feedback before you buy from them. Do your due diligence and take a little personal responsibility.
It's easy to blame a puddle when you get your shoes dirty, but whose fault is it when you were looking at your phone instead of the sidewalk?

·3 months agoI have received shipments via GoFo. Fast delivery. Delivered by a well dressed driver in a late model BMW. Courteous driver. Package arrives clean with no signs of damage or abuse. Highly superior service to FEDEX Ground.
The orders I have placed said they shipped from NJ and all indications are they had.

·3 months agoGoFo is trash. They have failed 3 out of three items and I'm sick of it. The sellers refund me but as yourself, I can not receive the products I need. I've tried to complain to ebay with no luck. Frankly, I'm sick of this scourge in shipping called gofo. Now, I don't know what to do now as ebay is pratcally out of business.

OP5 months agoAnd how exactly are you supposed to know where sellers dropship from? It's not like they advertise it. Everything I order says it is being shipped from the USA

·5 months agoSome times you can tell from the sellers feedback.
If the seller is is located in another country, shipping from the US, they are most likely dropshipping from a retail site.
It takes a little searching, but you can find out.
