As a seller, for "Free" shipping, why is my only option USPS?

Good day, I want to offer FedEx 2 day (or any other service) as an option when selling items, and the mobile app and web do not show anything other than the USPS as an option. I have done this before, and have added a photo of an item, with FedEx as the shipping option. However to change even that one, also only offers the USPS. Is this an exclusive shipping deal now with eBay?

I cannot see any other options for new items on the mobile app or web version on a PC when accessing the eBayzero "additional" servicesonly the USPS as an optionstill, only USPSFedEx in background seller portal.
