ArtÃculo NO recibido
ArtÃculo no recibido, figura que esta en camino pero esto hace desde el 18 de octubre de 2022 supuestamente que se envió pero todavÃa nada. Que se podrá hacer al respecto, no tengo el artÃculo que compre ni tampoco el dinero que deposite. Gracias

You are past the date on eBay to file a claim. On eBay you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date which was over 2 months ago.

If you paid with PayPal you still have a couple weeks so you could try filing there.
If you paid with a credit card you will need to find out how long they give you to file a claim.
