Hey everyone! I've been facing a bit of a challenge with my address labels; they're printing extra large and the bottom half isn't appearing at all. This has been quite frustrating, especially when trying to get orders out quickly.
I'm curious if anyone else has experienced similar issues with their label printers, and if so, what solutions or workarounds have you found? Are there specific settings or software updates I should be aware of? Or maybe alternative printing techniques that work better?

·1 month ago · EditedI can't help with the app but on the full site: The ship your order page, the column on the right side with all of the order details has the label size on the bottom of everything.

·1 month agoOn the bulk page, after you click review purchase there is a size and link to change the label size. Same deal, every once in a great while this will change or be set correctly and not print the correct size. Change it. Then change it back to the size you want and it will should print the correct size.
