Added a tracking number to an order but it's still showing as needing to be dispatched | Shipping

I added an order into someone's simple delivery order to save them paying postage twice and I added the tracking number to the order that wasn't a simple delivery order. It's still marking a notification for needing to be dispatched and showing on my dashboard. When I go to 'order to dispatch' it's not there and when I go to the order, it shows it has been delivered via the tracking. This is quite annoying as I keep needing to check if there is anything to dispatch and constantly shows as 1 that needs posting.I don't want to just mark as not dispatched and add the tracking again, in case ebay thinks I've only just dispatched it and marks it as a late postage.
