·6 months agoIt is down again apparently. Screen is blank but I know I have 79 items to ship.
Also clicking on order details from the payment screen comes up blank.

It is working again for me. Clearly something wrong with the API. I still haven't received email notification of sales since around 10pm EST onwards.

·6 months agoSeller Hub > Payments > All Transactions page flashes an error banner briefly but then loads. PirateShip had eBay showing as connection expired under integrations but getting it to reconnect and import orders took all of ten seconds. 6 × 3 × 0.25 minimum for boxes. 6 × 3 for envelopes. SOL on ESE.

·6 months agonot sure if it is actually fixed. mines will show results and info sometimes when i refresh under seller hub. but once i click on order or anything related.. it just hangs. then throws error

·6 months agoBeen like this for hours. Thought it was just me... have a few items sold that i cant even view. Cant even see who purchased what. store views constantly showing views then showing dashes... cant view all orders. LOL dont know what to do.. guess we have to wait till 5amPT when they start taking calls.
Also a few of Ebay's API's endpoints are not responding..

·6 months agoSame here with me as well, just sold an item about an hour ago and I can see it shows it's sold but there is no label to print, hopefully it's fixed soon because I have next day shipping and of course it will be my fault if it not shipped in time and there is no one to call about it, ebay is a ghost....very annoying

·6 months agoYeah, experiencing the same. Someone just messaged about an order that I cannot see. I have no emails or notifications of recent sales. It has been ongoing for about 3 hours that I can see.
