Delivered to Agent, Left with Individual - what does it mean? (international purchase)
I've gotten this question several times the past couple of weeks from international buyers on different forums. Here's the answer. The USPS tracking scan "delivered to agent, left with individual" on an item shipping from the US destined for another country means the package completed the first step of its journey and was delivered to a US address. If your package is going through eBay International Shipping (eIS), it means your package was delivered to the eIS hub. The hub will process the package and generate an international tracking number when they forward the package to your country. eBay tracking will show updates for each step of the journey. If you contracted a third party freight forwarder outside of eBay, it means your item was delivered to that forwarder. Your forwarder will process the package and provide international tracking info. This is handled outside of eBay's system so you will not see any further updates on eBay tracking. Check with your forwarder for international tracking.

Missing Shipping Label Option
Hello, I just sold an item yesterday. I went to print the shipping label and there wasn't an option to do so. I see options for packaging slips and it asks me to enter a tracking number into the sale, but I don't have one. All I can see is the image below.

FedEx shipping backcharges
For over three years FedEx has been targeting Ebay sellers with false shipping backcharges and Ebay plays deaf. Ebay's Chat AI says to call FedEx. FedEx's Chat AI says to call Ebay or file a claim with FedEx online. However that claim is only for lost of service. One big rat race. It appears FedEX is targeting sellers who use "EBAY " shipping tape. I have switched back and forth and those with Ebay tape far out number those with brown tape. Yes, we need a class action lawsuit.

Why did my shipping charge method change?
I have been an ebay seller for 30 years. I also use Ebay labels. For decades, I have had Ebay charge my credit card for shipping label expense, I do this because I get points on the credit card. It's helpful. All of a sudden, out of the blue, the shipping charge for the label went against my available funds as opposed to the card. Why is that? How do I change it back? I checked my Seller Account and it still has my card listed for selling expenses. What gives? Thanks.

$125 shipping charge
I just purchased a nice hat for $100 via an offer. The seller accepted my offer and I was auto-charged $225. $125 for shipping?! The item is traveling from FL to MN via USPS Ground Advantage. I asked the seller and they said Ebay set the shipping. Has anyone ran into this?

High shipping cost from mainland China, free shipping eats all profit
Happy to share Xstrive factory prices. But I’m running into a big issue shipping from mainland China to the US. Example from screenshot: Listing price $120 with free shipping. Actual shipping cost to US is $71, nearly zero margin. Any advice?

FedEx surcharge fraud helped by Ebay
Got this surcharge, Ebay appealed it twice. Denied both times. Instead of standing up for their customers, Ebay just shrugs their shoulders. This forum has many examples of this garbage and Ebay does nothing. Nobody you can get on the phone has any power to do anything. It's a giant joke. Ebay has the pull to call FedEx and have them explain why their system is surcharging it's sellers. This kind of stuff is the stuff of giant lawsuits and multi-million dollar judgements.

How to contact eBay sellers support or customer support
Hi, I sent a parcel, buyer already received and using it. And after 6 day when parcel was delivered. I received an email that package weight was incorrect, parcel was 6ib, medium size box but very light, and they claim now that it was 28ib . I opened a claim, they’ll take 15 business days to review it. But they still want to charge me $44—even though the item itself cost less than what they’re trying to charge me.What else can I do in this situation? And how can I contact customer/seller support? AI chat isn't helping at all, and I can't find a way to contact seller support.

Seller states shipping via USPS Ground Advantage but actually uses UniUni
How can this be reported to eBay rather than using the pre-scripted reasons when using help? I ordered an item that listed USPS shipping from Hollywood, FL on Oct 3 with delivery by Oct 10. Here is my current tracking. I'm going to "ask eBay to step in" tomorrow as this looks like it's lost, and it certainly didn't meet the expected delivery date. Seems like a scam to me. I've figured out based on some observed evidence of eBay sellers that most packages that are shipped from "Hollywood, FL" will probably be this fly-by-night outfit. Way too many sellers "located" there to be a coincidence.

We need an immediate Shipping Solution to Rural Zipcode upcharges
We need an immediate way to add a option of charging a charge for rural shipping zipcodes, whether that is just a rule that says if it's a rural zipcode, a $xxx service charge will be added due to postal shipping fee changes. I offer free shipping on all my items. When a customer orders a $10 item or $12 item, my profit is maybe $2 after promos etc... maybe $3 but as soon as i have to start eating the extra $2-3 in shipping fees to rural zipcodes the profits get eaten completely. On my mushroom grow kits.... they are mostly to rural customers, so i am getting hit hard there. Soooooo my suggestion, like you can add fees for HI/PR etc... we need the same for rural zipcodes, integrating is up to ebay and usps databases, sitting by the wayside and saying ... sellers figure it out, is not the answer Either you want us to have free shipping, or you cut us out and just let your chinese warehouses sell the products with free shipping. Since apparently they get the $3.95 tiktok shipping rates we wish we got. in case you wondered, these rates of $5.24 to $7 is not the lowest... you can literally ship the same 4 ounce package on tiktok shipping for $3.75

USPS Shipping rates
There is a posting about USPS rates updated for holiday mailing season. The amounts and or % is BS. I sold an item Tuesday and purchased a ground advantage label for 3 pounds for $7.52. Today I sold another similar item to same buyer and now the rate is $12.12. Same weight and same size box. That's about a 45% rate increase, not what is posted by eBay.

Listings show "Will ship to Taiwan" but bidding fails with "cannot be shipped to Taiwan"

I'm a buyer in Taiwan with 600+ purchases from US sellers, so I'm very familiar with how international shipping normally works on eBay. Since last month, something has changed for Taiwan, and it looks like a bug. What used to happen: When I filtered search results to items that ship to Taiwan, each item showed its shipping cost in the search results, and the same cost appeared on the item page.

What happens now: 1. Search results still show shipping costs to Taiwan as before. 2. But when I open an item, the shipping section only says: "Will ship to Taiwan. Read item description or contact seller for shipping options." No cost is shown.

Worse, when I actually try to bid, I get: "Unfortunately, this item cannot be shipped to Taiwan"—even though the search results show a shipping cost and the item page says, "Will ship to Taiwan."

4. If I open "See details" in the shipping section and switch the destination to other countries, most of them show an exact shipping cost. Taiwan seems to be specifically affected. I've confirmed with a seller that they use eBay International Shipping, so this appears to be a problem on eBay's side (eIS quoting/eligibility for Taiwan), not the individual seller's settings. Example item: 336673633792 Has anyone else in Taiwan (or other affected countries) seen this since around June 2026? Is this a known issue with eBay International Shipping to Taiwan, and is there any way to report it to eBay directly? Any workaround or official information would be appreciated. Thanks!
