timeouts

I use the GetOrders API End Point to automatically pull my orders and then process them. Starting this past Friday, 9-13-2023, I've started getting timeouts when I make the call. At first, I was getting timeouts only 30% of the time but now I'm getting timeouts almost 100% of the time. This program has been successfully pulling orders for over a year with no timeouts.

Are there any thoughts on why these timeouts are now occuring?

If you are using the eBay SDK, you can try using the most recent version of the Trading API. The functionality of the SDK can be affected by updates to the Trading API.

This includes potential backward incompatibility due to the removal of deprecated elements in the newest schema version. To stay current with schema changes, we advise regularly consulting the Trading API Release Notes.

Same, since 1-2 weeks clients are getting multiple timeout and fail.
