Manually create the listed products, but the data cannot be retrieved through the interface.
Dear eBay Customer Service:
I manually created several products within the eBay seller's dashboard and they are now available for sale.
It was to confirm the existing data. However, when attempting to obtain the product information through the https://api.ebay.com/sell/inventory/v1/inventory_item/sku interface, the interface response returned an error.

"errorId": 25710,
"domain": "API_INVENTORY",
"subdomain": "Selling",
"category": "Request",
"message": "We didn't find the resource/entity you are requesting. Please verify the request"
}

}
After carefully checking, it was confirmed that the SKUs were indeed the same, but still couldn't obtain them? Why is that?
Conversely, the draft products and draft quotations created through the API cannot be found in the product backend either. It seems to be completely different from what is done within a single account.
When obtaining the authorization code, we used the current seller account. Even when I called for payment policies and refund policies, I was able to view the data. Can't you even look at the products at all?
The stability has been maintained for several days now. I hope to receive a response. thank you

Hi @japanmiaumallmart,
Thank you for your post!
we would like to inform you that the Inventory API is specifically designed to manage inventory and create offers (listings) programmatically. It is compatible with listings created through the API itself, but it does not directly manage listings created through other methods, such as the eBay website or other eBay APIs.
The Inventory API lets you create or update product records in your seller inventory. To make an item visible on eBay, you need to create and publish an offer:
Use createOrReplaceInventoryItem to set up the SKU and product details.
Use createOffer to build the offer for that SKU.
Use publishOffer to make the listing live on eBay.

OP8 months agoThank you for your answer. This problem has been resolved at present. But now a new problem has arisen.
Regarding the release of multi-sized products:
1. Several sub-SKUs were created through bulkCreateOrReplaceInventoryItem.
2. A quote was created for each SKU through createOffer.
3. The main SKU and sub-SKUs were bound and associated through createOrReplaceInventoryItemGroup.
4. The quote was published through publishOfferByInventoryItemGroup.
During this process, various error messages related to verification and installation would keep popping up. We tried to adjust them one by one, but still couldn't successfully complete the release. I would like to know if my process is correct?

Hi @japanmiaumallmart,
Thank you for your post!
We would like to inform you that listings created through the Seller Hub UI are not retrieved by the getInventoryItem API. Only SKUs created via the createOrReplaceInventoryItem API are returned by the getInventoryItem API. However, you can use the Trading GetSellerList API to retrieve items listed through Seller Hub by the authenticated user, including item data.
You can find the GetSellerList API documentation here: https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/xml/docs/reference/ebay/GetSellerList.html

OP8 months agoThank you for your answer. Now, I have a question. Can the goods created through https://api.ebay.com/sell/inventory/v1/inventory_item not be viewed on eBay? It seems that the manually created products and the ones created through the interface are not in the same database.
