Reposting to correct forum

I am trying to use the Seller Hub download tool and having problems uploading. I make changes to the spreadsheet and upload and then I get a report back that nothing was uploaded and it indicates Error - Input data for tag <Item.ItemID> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ItemID| Error 37

Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this error so that the program will upload correctly?

Is the Item ID column included in the spreadsheet, and filled in for every row?
