Zero views and zero sales on products I used to be able to sell on a couple of days
2 months ago my views dropped to zero and so did my sales on the same products I used to sell several of per month. No answers anywhere.

I presume you are talking about the Zebra thermal printer since you only have 2 items listed. You have it priced at $329.00 with free shipping for a brand new one. There is another seller who has sold some at $300.00 with free shipping the last couple of months and still has some listed.
Plus there have been plenty of used one of the exact same model sold for quite a bit less. Zebra thermal printers have a very good reputation so there will be plenty of buyers willing to buy a used one to save money.
When a buyer does a search and if you listing comes up in the search results it is counted as a impression. It is only counted as a view is a buyer click on your item from the search results. There would be no reason for someone to "view" your item at $329.00 when another seller has the identical item for $29.00 less.
If you are getting a lot of impressions but no views or sales it is a pretty good bet your prices are higher than your competitors unless your item is also offered by many other sellers with the same identical item. In that case it maybe that your item is not seen by buyers because it is buried on page 5 of the search results. Most buyers will not go past the first page of search results. This is why clothes sellers have issues because of over saturation.

·2 years agoI researched your item, Planar Helium PCT2235 22 inch Widescreen IPS LCD Monitor with Built-in Speakers. In the last 90 days 6 brand new sold; and the price varied wildly (according to solds and Terapeak). I noticed sellers will lower the BIN and up the shipping, which may give the illusion of cheaper.
Btw, any variation of product title produced search results with your listing being in the number 1 slot.

Slow time of the year. People are tapped out. Hang in there.
Happy New Year.
