I've had a few zero feedback buyers and also buyers with feedback but they haven't made a purchase in the last year. Not a problem for me, they pay, I ship. Been lucky so far, and most of my items are $50 or more.
I get zeros every now and again, I get excited about making a good first impression so they return to eBay (especially if it means they might return to my store).
I've sold to a fair number of 0 feedback bidders over the years, including a some international ones, and have never had a problem. I can't say that holds true for all buyers WITH feedback......
Not everyone regularly buys on ebay. They may have stumbled on your listing from a google search and created an account to buy it. Brand new zero-feedback buyers can make me nervous, too, but I just hope for the best.
When I sold on eBay - periodically would receive an occasional order from a "Guest Buyer". Never had an issue with them. On the other hand had issues with a few a 3 digit FB buyers. Go figure.
One more thing: Always accepted a buyers return request w/o question - just replied "return for refund"
Without looking at the address on a map; Googling for scammers who live at the same address; canceling the transaction; blocking the buyer; reporting him to eBay; or threatening to file a lawsuit against eBay?

OP4 months agoYea, you’re the only one. I always at least see my buyer’s shipping address on the label so I know if it’s domestic or international. 😀

OP4 months agoNope. I also already left the buyer positive feedback. So I guess he’s not a zero feedback buyer anymore, ready to buy and try to scam another seller.
