Your selling privileges are restricted
Dear click-n_save,
eBay regularly evaluates the accounts of eBay seller. In relation to your account, we have noticed that your account performance and activities may cause a risk to eBay community. To protect the eBay community, we have applied the following restrictions to your eBay account in accordance with the eBay user agreement and eBay policies:
(a) Your selling privileges are restricted. Consequently, you will neither be able to create new listings nor revise your existing listings on any eBay site; and (b) Your payments have been placed on hold.
Restriction reason: High risk selling.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Regards,
eBay
Hello eBay Community,
Today I received an email stating that my selling privileges are restricted due to “High Risk Selling.â€
My account health is 100%, I have no negative feedback, no open cases, and a good selling history. I have always followed eBay’s selling policies and maintained excellent performance.
I believe this restriction might have been applied in error or triggered automatically. I would really appreciate if an eBay moderator could review my account or guide me on how to appeal this restriction properly.
I’m happy to provide invoices, supplier proof, or any verification documents needed to confirm the legitimacy of my inventory.
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to any advice or next steps to restore my selling privileges.

Another Amazon dropshipper shut down.
You can't say the items are located in Pakistan when you're dropshipping from the US.

We can't help you with your issues on your account, only Ebay can. The international seller performance requirements are strict.
https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-regulations-policies/seller-protection/seller-protection/
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/global-seller-performance-policy?id=4351
I recommend you contact Ebay directly.
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4190&st=10
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.
https://twitter.com/askebay
https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

eBay has detailed information about billions and billions of transactions and their sellers.
eBay has a risk assessment system that uses that information to identify sellers whose activity is statistically more likely to cause problems, and proactively restricts those sellers in order to anticipate problems before they happen.
That system uses dozens of not hundreds of factors to determine patters, many of which have nothing to do with your personal performance.

Were you selling the same items with another crazy_mart_usa ID?
ETA: Oh my goodness! And you bought from yourself and left positive feedback?!?!!?
Yes, I see and understand the same red flags ebay sees.

·11 months agoYou speak of your inventory, but do those items you are selling actually belong to you? Did you physically purchase them, can you touch and inspect the items, are they in your house or in an accessible location that belongs to you so you pack and ship them yourself?
Just for example, this picture here is not likely to have been taken off the gate of the bed of your pickup truck in front of your house (or at the very least, a house you're working on as you're in the construction business)...
Because (and maybe I am wrong) but that house and pickup truck look to be American, and your profile indicates you're in Pakistan?
So are you dropshipping someone else's inventory, and calling it yours?
Are you buying the item after it sells on ebay, and having it shipped?
Do you never touch the item(s) that you sell?
All problem areas.
You see, I literally have the items I sell in my house, I can touch them and feel them and inspect them for function. I also pack them myself and ship them by purchasing my own shipping labels and taking it to the postal service.
That said, you should find out immediately what is causing these problems, and either correct them or stop selling here because your selling privileges are on the verge of being permanently suspended.

How is it possible that you advertised USPS Priority Mail, when your items are supposed to be located in Pakistan? The products I viewed all had stock photos lifted from someplace else, which often indicates you don't have them in hand. Did you own these products before you placed them for sale here? Where did you get permission to use the pictures?
Have you ever been asked to provide receipts for the products you were posting? Were you purchasing them from another website AFTER you made an eBay sale (that is not allowed)?
You have posted to a discussion group that includes buyers and sellers like yourself. We have no authority to change the results of your restriction. You will have to contact eBay, but they likely won't even tell you why you are a "high risk". We can only speculate.

I would like to know how to get ebay to remove things that are not in dispute and haven't been for months.
I have called people and they agreed it wasn't in dispute and it would be removed, it wasn't.
All of this affects algorithm.

·11 months agoEvery sold item I see in your history was Brand New, covering a random assortment of types of items, and all said they shipped from "MTN, Pakistan".
Did you have those items in your possession, and did you ship them from Pakistan directly to the customers?
eBay has identified something in your pattern of sales or other activity on your account that they felt was too high of a risk to allow you to continue operating here. They likely will never reveal exactly what it was, nor do they need to (and they do not want others to learn how to avoid being caught), but I can guess as to some of the likely causes when I look at your sales history. I do not expect you will be given any opportunity to appeal the decision.
