Your Selling Limit Will Be Reduced Due to Violation of Speedpak Shipping Mandate Policy
Hi everyone,
I just got a mail from ebay:
‘After evaluating your recent transactions, the performance of your account does not meet the requirement of SpeedPAK Shipping Mandate Policy.
The selling limit of your account will be reduced.
Please visit Seller Dashboard to check your account status.’
My selling limit is reduced to only $400 (it was $2000) per month so that i can’t list anymore. I have checked the seller dashboard but it doesn’t show anything related to SpeedPak Violation. I also had a deep search but no correct answer.
Could you guys help me with this? Thanks

I could not find a SpeedPAK shipping requirement that refers specifically to sellers in Vietnam, but it is probably similar to this requirement that eBay published last year (not available on the internet any more) for sellers from Sri Lanka who are selling items shipped from China.
Sellers who do this are required to use the SpeedPAK shipping service for their items that are being shipped from China. Probably this is an attempt to avoid shipping services that don't meet eBay's standards for performance.

@dbfolks166mt found a more up-to-date link, and it shows that this policy is not limited to sellers in certain countries, but applies based on the location the item is coming from (greater China).

Selling digital items on eBay is prohibited. You must be approved and most are not. Be thankful eBay is still allowing you to sell here, as many have been suspended due to this activity.
SpeedPak is a required service for certain countries in Asia. It provides a valid tracking number which many try to circumvent with fakes resulting in non receipt and poor customer service. I personally am glad eBay made this a requirement, because customer service is no #1 on eBay.

·3 years agoYou are located in Vietnam and this is mostly a US seller based forum so a lot of us are probably not familiar with SPEEKPAK and what policy you may have violated. You may want to try the eBay Asia forum but following is some information I was able to locate on SPEEDPAK.
