Your account is about to be charged - OK, FOR WHAT!
Two problems -
Got a 'Your account is about to be charged [$14.15]' message - Nowhere does it tell me what we owe it for.
No store, we list the 250 free a month, keep track of the amount left, NEVER going over. End all BIN's before they renew. When we relist nothing has fees. When we write new listings now have fees.
Did have a return/refund but those costs are accounted for. Did have a BIN ask to cancel - again costs accounted for.
How do I find out what this is for.
ALSO
We sold something on 3/24 - normally get paid two days later, but still not paid. Just noticed the financial summary pages says 'Payout schedule: Daily' - we never did that.

and check under Status drop down "In Progress" or something
or poke around those options in the little bubbles/boxes
that may show it....
added: another thought...go to your Payment Summary Page....it should be there awaiting payment if it is a charge from ebay....you can click the arrow for a description maybe....

I figured both things out -
the transaction page, clicked on available funds and then right clicked/new tab the 'view' for the sold on 3/24 item, it's label and THE PROBLEM ... an 'Ebay international standard label' printed on 3/9 and charged for on 3/24.
$30 label minus the money left from sold item after fees and it's label ($15.85) equals the $14.15 upcoming charge. No payment for sold item on 3/24 because ebay took it that day.
It would have been nice if ebay had 'said' the $14.15 was for the balance on the label.
It would have been nice if ebay had also 'said' the other $15.85 was paid with the profit from that sale.
