You cannot list items on eBay.com and eBay.ca
Sorry guys to bother you, but I would really appreciate your assistance with my situation. Yesterday, I logged into my eBay account, and I noticed that all my listings had disappeared, and I was unable to list any items anymore. It says, "You cannot list items on eBay.com and eBay.ca." Since 2016, I have been a loyal buyer and seller, and I have done nothing wrong. I really need your help to fix this issue. also, I'm a top-rated seller in the global region and above average and other countries, I have some issues in the USA region because some buyers want to get free items and I have reported that to ebay many times. Thanks a lot

·2 years agoNo one here can help, as this is just a peer-to-peer forum. You are held to different standards than sellers in the U.S. and Canada, and you must meet those if you wish to sell in either country. Read this, and read the information in the link within it:

You cannot list items on eBay.com and eBay.ca or select the United States or Canada as your shipping location. The restriction will be removed when you enhance the buyer experience.

·3 years agoebay restricted your account because you have high ''item not received'' it happened to me too, and ebay does not want to explain, this is weird, i hope they fix it

·2 years agoYou have an astonishing number of negs and neutrals so it might be a permanent restriction unless you can really turn things around, and fast. In any event, read this to understand what you must do if you want to sell in the U.S. or Canada:
