Yippie Skippie! I just won a double pack of holiday shipping supplies!
I spent all of 10 minutes at the Winter Seller check in.
Filled out a survey just for kicks and giggles.
I just received an email saying I won a double pack of holiday shipping supplies.
Yee haa!

·1 year agoWhat Exactly are the holiday supplies. I've been checking every day since October 1st looking for the holiday colored bubble mailers and they have yet to show up. All I see is colored tape , stickers, tissue paper. I would like the bubble mailers. 😕

·1 year agoThey likely meant, shipping supplies for the holidays. Ebay didn't do any holiday specific shipping supplies this year. Not sure you can request specific FREE stuff, just be grateful for what you do receive as they didn't have to send it at all.
UPDATE:
I just received the double pack of holiday shipping supplies..
16in x 14in poly mailers ...30 count
eBay tissue paper 30in x 20in ...60 sheets
30 Snow much joy stickers in red blue and green
30 Holiday Magic Inside gift tags with ribbon ties in red blue and green.
As I suspected I can't use any of it, maybe I can use the stickers though.

·1 year agoThat looks pretty much the same as last year. You can def use the stickers on your packages. You can also use the tissue paper. Cut it in half and wrap those CDs you're shipping. Why not? Gift tags you can either hand write a "thank you" and throw them in your packages - or heck, sell them.
Thanks for the ideas on how to utilize some of these. Having senior brain lol 😆

·1 year agoI also received my holiday shipping supplies. I will use everything included. I especially like the gift tags and stickers. They are pretty cool, in my opinion.

·1 year ago@adamcartwright I just fill 'em out. I've probably read the fine print at one point or another, but don't recall anything I cared enough about to make me say "no" to freebies. Filled this one out, but so far, no message.

I was filling out the survey received after attending the Winter Seller Check-in -- the same survey you filled out. I'm sure you'll see it if you take another look.
There's always fine print to agree to when you go to sign up for something, and sometimes I'm just not in the mood to agree.

A double pack of what (i.e. what is in the pack?) will be sent to you? Did they tell you, or is it a surprise?
It's a surprise, I have no idea what supplies I'll receive or if any of it will be of use for what I sell.

·1 year agoIt's usually a variety sampler pack - tissue paper, polymailers, a few bubble mailers, stickers - that type of stuff.
Last year there were stickers in eBay colors with a snowman and the eBay logo and text that said something like "snow much fun." They were nice. There were gift tags last year, too, with strips of ribbon to tie them on gifts. I used those gift tags last year when buyers included a note their order was a gift shipping direct to the recipient. Neither the stickers nor gift tags were available in the shipping supplies store.
No idea what's in this year's pack, but I expect it will be similar.

·1 year agoYes, Yippie !! I just checked the email I use for my selling ID and I won holiday shipping supplies, too !!
Wish I had some eBay sales that I could use those shipping supplies for.
Maybe I'll use those supplies for wrapping gifts to family and for my club's gift exchange.

I stopped selling this Spring (and sold very little, anyway), but it was always fun to get free eBay supplies or swag. ðŸ‘
