"wrong Item Sent" return
I had a buyer who is also a seller opened a "wrong item sent" return.
The thing was he was looking at pictures and guessing what he needed, in the description I had explained that this part looks exactly like another brand but they are slightly different and not interchangeable shortly after opening the wrong item sent that included pictures of what he needed he bought another part that looked similar and I knew from the picture was not going to work so instead of waiting for another bogus "wrong item sent" return I called him and told him exactly what he needed and sent him a link to the listing that would work.
Then and I am not making this up while I was still on the phone with him he found the part that he actually needed only because I had told him exactly what he needed from another seller that was cheaper.
This guy is also a seller and likes to put a picture of 8 of something then explain that you are buying 1. I hope he gets a buyer just like him
