Wow, How Can They Keep Selling Like This Scammer??
I really have to start looking at feedback before buying on here. I bought a frying pan from these people (because it was the cheapest). Tracking said that it was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my address, which is a Place, it was delivered to an Avenue. so they HAD TO change my shipping address. I got the photo proof from UPS (who I never choose for shipment either). Reached out to the seller first and told them that the package was delivered miles away. No response. Opened a not received case. They provided tracking. I responded with "Nice try" but that isn't my house. Last night I got a message from them saying that they will give me a refund (yet to receive it) and today I got a message saying please close the case because we can't give refund until you do. Yeah, right.
Today I looked at their feedback and most are about the same thing. Some gave negatives, some neutrals, and a bunch of positives about how UPS screwed up but they were so helpful in responding.
It's people like them that are the reason why people shop on Amazon instead. Ebay is getting a bad reputation because of sellers like them. BTW, the item was listed as being in Maryland. It wasn't. It shipped from CA. Shocker.

·4 months agoSo the big question, Lets say that drop shipping wasn't really that big of a deal and most buyers were happy. How in the hell do they counterfeit those labels to show as delivered? My mom ordered a Christmas gift from Etsy and that is exactly what happened to her. Showed delivered - 5 day transit. However, Same as the OP, it was snowed in heavy ( maybe our top history record ) , No cars drove in the neighborhood for days , USPS notifies delays due to snow. No tracks on the road but the package has been delivered ? If anybody know how they do it please let us know

One way is to have a card or a trinket shipped to a nearby business location in the same zip code and use that tracking number.

OP4 months agoIn my case I can tell you for a fact that they didn't use an ebay label. They shipped it probably from Target or Walmart and typed in an address with Avenue instead of Place because that is exactly where it was delivered to. So when I went to look at the UPS proof of delivery I could see it was the Avenue house. You can use other sites to create labels and just copy and paste them into the ebay tracking info, and it will accept it if it hasn't been used on another shipment on the site. My seller had standard delivery USPS from Maryland, when it actually shipped from CA using UPS.

OP4 months agoAs of a few days ago, all of their listings have been removed. The profile isn't gone but the items are so I'm not sure what that means, if anything. I'm sure they are still in business on here somewhere under another name.

That might be an indication that the account was hijacked, or else the seller decided to go on vacation.

·4 months ago@gloryglorygifts : No, it appears to be business as usual for them, and they have about 200 items listed as of today. That includes several Negs remaining about how they're playing retail arbitrage with Walmart and Home Depot.

OP4 months agoYes, I just saw that today. They must have been on vacation for a few days. I spoke to ebay today and it turns out that I reported the listing instead of the sellers. I did bring it to their attention though, and reported them today, and they are going to look into it. That's all that I can do.

You should see the Amount of personal home & business goods I buy from Amazon & other sites each month and I hardly use Ebay when I would rather use Ebay but cannot due to these sellers. I sell on Ebay making my allegiance to Ebay but I have to use other platforms to Buy, Imagine how many sales they lose because of this nonsense.
If (X) Item is $10.00 on Amazon = I may buy it
If (X) Item is $12.33 on Ebay coming from Amazon = I will not buy It
If (X) Item is $13.50 on Ebay coming from a US Brick & Mortar = I will probably buy it

The problem is that sometimes you don't know where it is coming from.

The longer a seller has been selling on eBay and delivering from Amazon, the more likely there will be signs of that in the seller's feedback.
Stick to established sellers with a long and positive selling history that does not include such signs, and avoid sellers with those warning signs, or sellers that are too new to effectively evaluate, or sellers that are all using the same stock photos and descriptions.

OP4 months agoI normally do but this seller was a TRS with a 99.8% fb score. It wasn't until I looked at the positive fb, with all the "they were great even though UPS delivered it to the wrong address" with a green donut, that I realized there was a pattern. I'll stick to Amazon and get it the same or next day instead. I'm done shopping on here unless it is a member of this community.

·4 months agoSome board members tried to pin me as Racist & Insensitive to Foreign Sellers but that's not the case at all. I live in the USA and if I'm scheduled to perform Surgery on Next Friday I want a Redundant Bone Saw by Next Friday. I don't want it coming the week after Next Friday.
I have no problem with the World and it's Various people. I live in a Time Structured Society where my Time is the most valuable thing on this Planet.
I also don't doubt someone at Ebay has been changing their Feedback from🔴to 🟢

·4 months agoItem Location ? I see Reisterstown, Maryland. Highly Doubt it. You probably got Pakistaned but then again your buying low value Items. They love Tide, Crisps, Stuff you would find at Whole Foods.
Nobody makes much money doing these scams, My problem is when they start Arbitraging Industrial, Medical, Time Critical Items.

OP4 months agoThey have pages and pages of fb saying that the UPS lost their item. They have 12K in sales. Ebay paying out refunds on the buyer guarantees leaves much of that money in the seller's pocket. I have to disagree with you on them not making much money. If it wasn't making money for them, they wouldn't still be around. 12K since 2025. Not bad.

OP4 months agoBest of all, they are a TRS!!!!!!!!! I lost mine because I must have sent two items to a customer instead of one and so I had to cancel and say I was out of stock. 4 items out of 656 because I was stupid, not a scammer.

OP4 months agoYou can't see a problem with them changing your shipping address and then telling you to close a case so they can refund you? They are manipulating people to think they are great sellers when it looks like MANY buyers are having issues with their addresses being changed. UPS is not at fault, this seller is. They are Walmart sellers, claim the item is located in the U.S. (mine was Maryland) ships from California.
I open an INR case, seller provides tracking saying it was delivered. Case closed usually. That is a scam if the seller changed an address.

·4 months agoIf a seller is routinely under-priced compared to Walmart, but is using Walmart to deliver items to eBay buyers, then it is rather more likely that the seller is paying Walmart via an illicit means, such as using stolen credit cards, rather than actually losing money on every transaction.

The feedback you quoted indicates that at least some users are getting items delivered from Walmart. Those buyers aren't asking for a refund because those buyers are receiving items (possibly via a triangulation scam).

OP4 months agoHere's some neuts and negs. Most of the positives mention that UPS delivered to the wrong address and they got a refund. I don't believe it was from the seller. I think it was from ebay.
They asked me to close the case so that they can refund me and claim they can't do it while the case is open. We both know that is not how cases work.
