Buyer left negative feedback with some concerning things in it after messaging me a complaint and didn't respond to my suggestion of a return. After a whole process with eBay, they removed the photos and the message, but left the negative. Sadly my first one.I obviously never want to deal with this buyer ever again and want to block, but I also don't want to have an issue if I block now before his return window is up in 30 days in case he initiates at the end of it. Do I wait or can I block now?

You can block now. The return will not affect that as you will be getting updates from ebay regarding it and not the buyer.
