Won't allow description or free shipping

Hi, I'm listing 2 Mac Cosmetics Items on ebay but it won't allow me to describe my items. There is no option for a description. Also, I clicked on free shipping for my items and it just says "varies" when I preview my items. Please help.

Are you listing them as Brand New? That would mean you can't add a Condition Description, though you should still have a big Description field where you can always put anything you want. I don't see anything you've listed that is Mac Cosmetics or that has Free Shipping, however.
