Will the PPC Promoted Listings Advanced be coming back?

I tried to talk to an eBay agent today and he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Does anyone have information on this program? It looks like they pulled it, but I can't tell if it's coming back or not.

It should be in Seller Hub>Marketing>Advertising Dashboard>Create New Campaign.
