Will i ever get my funds? $2100 stuck in payouts, eBay seller account restricted for no reason
Greetings everyone,
I am an International Seller and yesterday, my seller account was restricted out of the blue, when i contacted eBay on Facebook, the response I was given was that my restriction can not be appealed, they can not tell me why it happened and that it is permanent. It hurts to see that they will just suspend sellers like that without even having the courtesy to telling them where they messed up.
Anyways, my big problem is that I got the funds from 6 previous delivered orders (Nothing but good feedback from the customers) and 4 new ones yet to ship in my eBay payments which total to about $2100. Now I can't figure out what I should do, Should i cancel the new orders and refund them? Will I ever get the funds remaining in the account? If not, should I just refund the delivered orders as well because I would rather give my money to the kind strangers then to let these people have it.
My eBay account is from Pakistan and I have a Payoneer account attached to it. I haven't sold any counterfeit or illegal goods, violated no policies, fully refunded the few customers that were unhappy without even asking for the item back.
All I want to know is when or if I'll get the funds from the orders.
Any response would be much appreciated.

·2 years agoYour hold on funds may have nothing to do with you restriction.
Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

·2 years agoI'm guessing that ebay is holding the funds as they do for all new and returning sellers. They will release the money eventually.
But in the meantime, you need to ship those 4 items that have been paid for. You can purchase the shipping labels from the buyers' payments.

·2 years agoYou are selling musical instruments manufactured by a company called Hakam Din based in California. Your eBay ID is HakPas Corporation out of Pakistan. Are you connected to the company? Are you authorized to sell their products? I am guessing the company filed a claim with eBay stating you are not the company. It would be like me selling Apple products with Apple in my eBay ID. You can't do that.
This ban is permanent. I would not ship any more items because you would never get that money. Cancel the orders and sell them elsewhere. And stop misrepresenting yourself as the company. That is what got you in trouble.

·2 years agoHakim Din is a generational Pakistani company that has an office in Dublin and also somewhere in the UK, but they are located in Pakistan. The OP may be part of the company. If so, they need to clarify that.

·2 years agoYes, that needs to be clarified. I seriously doubt that eBay would ban a company like Hakim Din selling its own products. Even if he is part of the company, does he have their permission to sell their products on eBay? If he was part of the company he likely would have stated, "Our company's account was restricted......".

·2 years agoGiven the selling restriction I would GUESS that they will hold funds for at least 30 days (perhaps from the last estimated delivery date or tracking shows delivery), it might be longer but eventually they should release the funds.

·2 years agoNo way anyone on this board can give an answer........we are just sellers like you......so have no info as to your account or why Ebay is doing what they are doing......or what they will do in the future........
