Why wont my listing appear in search
Hi I listed an item 9hrs ago for 1 day auction. When I search for it with the two main keywords Loungefly Marvel it will not show up at all. These are the words most people would use to find it. I have added a few other keywords if people are looking for the item in particular detail.
Full title: Marvel Loungefly Backpack Crossbody Bag Ironman Spiderman
Any help

·2 years agoStop revising the listing. When you revise, it goes back into the indexing queue, which further delays its appearance in searches.

Why did you choose to list for just one day?
If you end up with no buyer and thus have to relist, I strongly recommend: (1) edit the listing title to clarify that there are several pieces included. Add terms like "lot of 6" or at least "bags." And "Falcon". The current title uses only 57 of the available 80 characters. (2) The first image should clearly show all 6 of the items in their entirety, not cut off, preferably against a plain background. (3) The text of your listings says pickup only, but the shipping section shows that you'll ship it for $20. That has to be consistent. (4) It would probably also help to add each item's dimensions or put a common item in the image for scale.
And if that doesn't work, relist as separate pieces.

·2 years agoA friend told me recently that some of his auction listings weren't visible through search after he listed them. When he spoke with CS he was told that there could be a delay of 1 or 2 DAYS before a listing becomes visible! I honestly did not believe this and just nodded my head. But this past week, I experienced the same thing. A listing went hours before it became searchable for me. I usually list as 10 day auctions, so not a big deal. But I would hesitate to use any 1 day duration listings for this reason.

This is a US community discussion forum. Many of us cannot see your items that you have for sale, as it appears you do not ship to the US. You may be better served by logging out of ebay.com and logging back into ebay.com/au.
Good luck getting the help and advice you need.

This is the eBay.com (US) boards.
I cant see your listings but maybe thats because you dont ship to the US?
Maybe you are not looking on the correct site?
I always wonder why people list items, then search for them.

·2 years agoEbays search engine is pretty bad. Add or take away word can get drastically different results. Try to use words from other listings that are showing up consistently.
