Why won't ebay let me sell goldbacks or silver novelty notes

Every time I try to sell goldbacks or gold rounds or even silver novelty notes Ebay won't allow me. Keep getting message that I had reached my weekly limit, but I can't even sell my first of the week

Ebay updated the coin and bullion selling policy in Jan 2026. Basically you need to reach Top level selling standards by selling other items to qualify. You can search it for more details...

If your limit is $0; or if you are unverified; or if you do not meet their performance standard, that message would make perfect sense.
