why does ebay make IT so difficult

When on my phone package details are visible under the shipping tab.
I always edit that to " I don't know the package details"
But in safari on my desktop that shipping option is not available
All I see for domestic services are: "autofill shipping details or "irregular package or local pickup "
of which none applies.
Why does ebay make this so difficult

·3 weeks agoWell if you only have the problem when using Safari, stop using it and try another browser. Sometimes browsers experience issues when others aren't. I use Chrome and it is on target for me the vast majority of the time.
But try another browser and it wouldn't hurt to clear you cache and cookies too.
