Why didn't this card go to the authenticator??
Summary: bdmh-enterprises sold two cards to a buyer whose order included one card listed with an Authenticity Guarantee. Despite the buyer's reputable history and the transaction seeming routine, they are puzzled about why the card did not go through the authentication process, especially given the buyer's use of a known freight forwarder in Portland, OR. They are seeking insights to prevent similar issues in the future.
I sold these two cards to the same buyer. As you can see in my screen shots, one card was over $200 and listed as Authenticity Guarantee. The cards were purchased and paid separately and can not be combined in the bulk label tool. The buyer is registered in the US, but using a freight forwarder in Portland OR (one I'm very familiar with). I'm not particularly concerned with the buyer as their 2k+ buyer FB in the last 6mos, mostly for cards, indicates a consignment buyer or retailer buying inventory. I have no idea however how this order avoided going to authenticity. I would love to figure it out so I can prevent this happening again.

OP1 week agoI'm just noticing that the shipping on the card that should have been authenticated was charged as though it was going to the authenticator in NJ, while the other was charged more to go to OR.?.
