Why cant I leave negative feedback for buyers?
I was recently left 2 negative feedbacks that contain nothing but lies. I want to leave the buyers negative feedback but can't. Why?

·2 years agoThere are always 2 sides to a story. Why is something re-listed and up for sale again?
And why are you selling $175.00 for $35.00 total minus tax?
I get it now. I understand both sides of the story...I am guessing.
Here's the problem...what you show in a photo is what the buyer is expecting to receive.
I assume you are selling one roll of dollars and not what is in the photo.
They are honest negatives I would say.
Buyer can change a positive in only 30 days.
You made a mistake in showing photos of multiple rolls and not one.
I learned this lesson the hard way also. Show only "One" roll of dollars and not multiple in a photo.
And for heaven sakes...delete that buy it now showing multiple rooms of dollars before someone else buys it again.
Solution....the only one I suggest...and it sucks...is give each buyer a free roll...and hopefully they might revise the feedback.
When I saw all those rolls of dollars for $35.00 I almost bought them.
Because eBay decided to remove negative feedback for buyers in 2008. Mostly because sellers used it in retaliation like you were wanting to do.

·2 years agoOne you should contact the buyer to see if they would revise the feedback that appears to be left in error. A revision request can be sent.
Other one?? Did you complete the sale???

·2 years agoSellers have been unable to leave negative or neutral ratings for buyers since May 20, 2008. How fortunate you are to have never had occasion to notice this before now.
