Why can't I contact the buyer?
How come after I sell an item, "contact the buyer" is no longer an option? Why can I not message them with status updates, or ask them questions about their order? Every time I come in here, there is some change that is usually NOT more helpful.

·3 years agoSure it is. Look in the Actions column on your Sold items page. Click the little Down arrow to open up the pulldown menu of available Actions. You will probably need to scroll down a bit but Contact Buyer is there.
I use that daily in my selling account to send a quick note to the buyer to thank them for their purchase and tell them that their package is out the door.

Does it tell you "not a registered user?" If so eBay most likely suspended them due to the fact that they may have been prior suspended on another account.

·3 years agoI see the option to "Contact Buyer" in my Paid & Shipped View ....and, just yesterday, I know I used it from the Awaiting Shipment View to see if I could combine the orders for the buyer....
Where are you not seeing the contact buyer after the sale?
