Who is this company, and why are they spamming me on eBay?
Two private messages show up in my inbox asking me to take a survey for a company called *****. Has anyone else received these emails? While I can see the company's need for user input for a new product, I dislike them spamming me on a private platform. In 21 years I have NEVER received a private message in community.
Who is *****? Did eBay let them in? Are the links in their spam safe? How did they identify seller accounts to spam to?
I responded to a Dawn Law and asked her how much this placement cost her. She actually responded, which is the weird thing. Tells me they don't have a large universe of users they are targeting as she responds to a single snarky email.
Is eBay aware of this?
