Hey guys, I hope you are all doing well. I want to start selling on eBay with a business account to sell small brands like babies items , because I see other people doing that. Is this legal? Also, when should I start creating a business account? Thank you all!

·4 months agoJust start with a 'personal' account. Nobody cares if you are a business account. It's easier at first.

·4 months agoAll things being equal, I’m not a big fan of items for babies. It is a tough space. The market gets smaller every single year.

·4 months agoAre you asking if it's legal to sell baby items? You really need to read absolutely everything about selling on eBay before you list anything. Also, since you're in Algeria, you might want to take into consideration that you need to be careful of what you decide to sell. Common ordinary items that can be had on Amazon and on local B&M stores are not your ideal stock.

You need to really research selling and what is required of foreign sellers to the US.
If others are doing it why do you think its a good idea to also do it?
How many baby items do you think we need in the US?
Also why would we just not get it at a local store?
