For anyone else ever confused about this, just go to eBay.com and hover over your name on the top left, and you'll see your ID. It's not numeric unless you set it as that, it's just a user name.
There are currently 41 active listings by eBay seller ID "eaglespecialtygifts".
And you, OP, have posted your question under the eBay seller ID "eaglespecialtygifts".
Try registering for eBay Open with the "sellers ID" of "eaglespecialtygifts". See what happens. If eBay doesn't think that's you, your attempt to register will be denied. If eBay does think that's you, you will be able to register.
Then maybe you should write down that confirmed seller ID -- "eaglespecialtygifts" -- somewhere safe, so you can find it again if and when you ever need it again.
